Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
- Return Timeline: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Packaging: All returned products must be sent back in the original packaging, including any seals, inserts, or promotional materials.
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund.
How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for the return
- Wait for Return Authorization
Once we receive your email, we will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with approval and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and packaging guidelines. - Ship Your Return
- Carefully package the product to avoid damage in transit.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
⚠️ Please do not return any items without receiving prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the integrity and safety of our product line, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products not purchased directly from ZeroProofShot.com (please contact the third-party retailer for their return policy)
