Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that have been opened, used, or returned outside the 30-day window.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship the item. Please ensure it’s securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit. - Inspection & Refund Approval
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved or, if applicable, a notification explaining why the refund was denied.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
If your refund is approved:
- The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
