Shipping & Payments

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship from Nashville, Tennessee. We offer two shipping options via USPS:

  • Priority Mail: typically arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Mail: faster delivery 1–3 business days, depending on your location.


Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after that time are shipped the next business day.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept credit and debit cards only. All transactions are securely processed.

Refunds

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Q: How long do refunds take to process?

A: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact our support team at Orders@ZeroProofShot.com for instructions.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?

A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Testing

Q: Will Zero Proof Shots affect an alcohol test?

A: o. Zero Proof Shots do not contain any alcohol, so they will not trigger a positive result on an alcohol test.

Q: Do you test your products for quality?

A: Absolutely. All of our products are manufactured in facilities that follow strict quality control standards and areindependently tested for purity, potency, and safety.
